Cancellation

We ask for more than 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee. If something urgent comes up, contact us as early as possible.

Payment & deposit

Payment is required before or on the day of your clean by bank transfer. For first bookings and deep cleans, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Our guarantee

Not satisfied? Contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a complimentary re-clean of any missed areas. All cleaners are DBS checked, vetted, and insured.

Access & security

You are welcome to be present or provide access via key or lockbox. All arrangements are kept strictly confidential. Your details are never shared with any third party.

Complaints

Raise any concerns within 24 hours by emailing lumiprocleaning@outlook.com. We take all feedback seriously and will respond promptly to make things right.

Additional services

Some services carry an additional charge — such as inside oven or inside fridge cleaning. Any extras will always be agreed with you before the clean takes place.
